Social Media for General Contractors That Wins Better Jobs
Video marketing for contractors, handled start to finish. We come to your job site every week, film remodels, renovations, additions, and custom builds, then post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The details, the materials, the craftsmanship. That footage is what wins the job when a premium customer is deciding between you and two other bids. Renovation content attracts qualified leads. Leads that close.

Why General Contractors Need Social Media in 2026
Homeowners don't just pick a contractor off Google and hope for the best. They research. They look at your work. They want to see active projects, real progress, and finished results. A contractor with a portfolio of video content showing framing to finish has a massive advantage over one with a basic website and a Yelp page.
Premium clients are just better. They're not shopping by price alone. They care about quality, reliability, and craftsmanship. These are the clients that become long-term relationships and refer you to their friends.

Note from Freddy
Remodel timelapses attract better clients, not just more of them. Someone who watches a full kitchen gut and still calls you is not price shopping. They already understand the process and the quality level they are buying.

Film It Before It’s Under Concrete
FHT Construction Group builds ground up multifamily in Los Angeles. This is a site on Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles, at the grading stage. Demo is done, the lot is dirt, and nothing that happens this week will ever be visible again.
That is the whole problem with selling construction. Slot cuts around the property lines. Digging down from finished grade, compacting, bringing it back up with base. The inspection they passed the day before. In a few weeks all of it is under a slab and gone forever, and the finished building shows none of it.
So the reel is Farhood on camera walking his own site and explaining exactly where they are. He is a foot and a half below finished floor. They need to import dirt to bring it up to the sidewalk. That is not marketing language, that is a builder talking about his own numbers.
It matters because of who is watching. A developer picking a general contractor is not scrolling for inspiration. They want to know whether you understand a site at this stage and whether you hit dates. A photo of a finished building answers neither. Eighty seconds of you explaining grading depth answers both.
The other thing this does is turn one job into a series. A build like this runs a year or more. Most contractors post once, at the ribbon cutting. Document the stages and the same project gives you content the whole way through, and every stage is proof for the next client. Their own caption says follow along from start to finish. This is the first one.

Frequently Asked Questions: Social Media for Contractors
When prospective clients see months of your work on video, they come to you pre-sold on your quality. They're not shopping on price alone. They've already seen your craftsmanship and they want that level of work. Social media acts as a living portfolio that qualifies leads before they call.
That's actually perfect. We document the progression week by week. Viewers follow the build and get invested. By the time you post the final reveal, you've built an audience of homeowners who want the same transformation.
Plans range from $3,400 to $7,500/month with weekly on-site filming. One remodel job from social media can be worth $50K-$150K. The ROI speaks for itself.
We specialize in trades. We know which moments matter. The framing going up, the drywall going in, the finish work. We capture the beats that make the content compelling and make your work look as good on screen as it does in person.
